Let’s Drink to Great Blood!

Today is World Day for Water.  What???  You haven’t heard of it?  I didn’t have a clue either, so I looked it up and found some interesting facts.

There is water, water everywhere but 97% of it is undrinkable due to it being salt water.  3.5 million people die each year from water-related diseases and 84% of those are children.

Here in Canada, we are blessed to have a great abundance of fresh water and 79% of us are confident in the quality and safety of it.  So, if that is true, why are we not drinking more of it?

Most people are dehydrated and do not know it or else they are ignoring the symptoms (that’s more like it).  They feel less than optimum and, if they only knew, a little more water would improve their health immensely.

A deficiency of water can alter the concentration of electrolytes such as sodium, potassium, and chloride, plus water has a profound effect on brain function and energy levels.  It also acts as a great pain reliever.  Hungry?  Try a glass of water first as you might simply just be thirsty.  Water is also required for more successful weight loss.

We need to shoot for 8-10 cups of water a day.  Even children need to drink less milk, juice and pop and more water.  Seniors are seriously lacking too.  Ask a senior like my mother why they don’t want to drink more water and they will tell you that it is because it makes them go to the washroom more.  That excuse no longer works on me now that my mother has moved in with us and she even sleeps through the night without getting up. Figure that one out.

First of all, she is eliminating toxins more frequently plus, her kidneys and bladder have strengthened allowing her to sleep through the night.  Most seniors cannot boast of that and even younger people!  My mother is 89.

I know that water is not the tastiest of drinks.  I would prefer something else myself but water is what is keeping my blood healthy with cells that are free-flowing and well-formed.  It is a visual indication of how my overall health is.

Beautiful skin and less wrinkles are also the result of drinking lots of water.  Don’t forget that, when we don’t drink enough water, our bodies will still eliminate the same 3 litres every day.  Where do you think it will come from – your organs, of course.

So, what does YOUR blood look like?  Is it all sticky, slow-moving and full of sludge?  If you are not drinking enough plain water than it probably does look like this.  Want some proof?  Call now for a comprehensive blood analysis and get a visual of what you look like on the inside.  The blood is 85% water and I can show you why you need to drink more.
