Blood Type Tips & Recipes

“A” Blood Type Drink

Developing this new website has me looking through some of my past newsletters.  I came across this healthy juicing recipe and decided to share it again.   This recipe is for  “A” Blood Types and has been adapted from Dr. Oz.
Cup of spinach
Half cucumber
1 lemon
1 lime
Handful of red grapes
Small piece of ginger
1 apple
2 stalks of celery
Wash, peel and put in your juicer for one amazingly fresh tasting drink!
Note: O Blood types should eliminate the cucumber and substitute a cup of spinach. (E-mail me if you are a B or AB type)
